Hi, I’m Sarah, the founder of We Love PMO. With nearly 15 years of experience in PMO, planning, and project management, I have a deep passion for process efficiency, governance, risk management, and system setups. Throughout my career, I’ve worked across multiple sectors—including health, charity, defence, and private industry—leading projects and programmes, creating and embedding PMOs from the ground up, and guiding organisations through annual business planning cycles with structured frameworks.

What sets me apart is my extensive background and unwavering passion for helping businesses streamline operations and embed clear governance structures. My ideal clients are entrepreneurs and business owners who need support in optimising processes, managing projects, and implementing the right systems—along with the training to make it all work seamlessly.
